O man i purchased some cheap chinese pgi5 black compatible ink cartridges, and after trying for hours to force them in the printer as they didnt fit as they should, the ink took so long to dry after printing, now if i buy these PGi5 compatibles will they do the same thing ?

I purchased the PGI5 cartridge from amazon really cheap, well i paid but im still waiting over two weeks for my cartridges, can someone tell me what todo about getting my money back .. thanks

Joe you should contact amazon direct and mention to them who is selling that cartridge you purchased and they will track it down, also write a review about the seller, the thing to remember is that individual people sell on amazon, its not amazons fault when a seller messes up the order so don't bother getting upset with amazon, just be polite and carm and amazon will get you your money back, thats why i dont buy from there myself, you end up wasting too much time chasing your orders.

Ive given up with them myself and its not just amazon there are so many crappy online stores who dont have the stock and keep you waiting for ages for your product, so the best thing is just by from companies you know have a good reputation. go-cartridges.co.uk have fantastic reviews and i have never herd of anyone complaining about them.
